Job Description:
The Sr. Architect Engineer & Manager will be responsible for leading architectural design processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and managing design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure projects align with client requirements and regulations.
- Supervise design teams and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in architecture and project management.
- UPDA certification is mandatory.
- Gulf experience (5-20 years) is required.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Arabic & English.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent design and problem-solving abilities.
