Job Description:

The Design/Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing technical designs, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and coordinating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and technical teams in project execution.
• Review and approve technical drawings and design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Implement value engineering and optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in design and technical management.
• UPDA certification is mandatory.
• Gulf experience (5-20 years) is required.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and BIM methodologies.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Arabic & English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
