Job Description:

The Sr. Infrastructure Manager will oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. The role requires managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
• Supervise teams of engineers, contractors, and technical staff.
• Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Review technical designs and specifications.
• Manage risk assessments and implement safety measures.
• Optimize resource allocation and project planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• UPDA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working in Gulf countries is required (5-20 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
