Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, compliance with health and safety regulations, and the implementation of safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
✔️ Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections on-site.
✔️ Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
✔️ Provide training and awareness programs to employees.
✔️ Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.
✔️ Prepare safety reports and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

📌 Education: Degree/HND/HNC in a relevant field.
📌 Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC in the same field and position.
📌 Professional Certifications:

• NEBOSH IGC
• OSHA 32 Hours
• IOSH Managing Safely / Working Safely

Skills Required:

✅ Strong knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations.
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
✅ Ability to train and educate staff on safety protocols.
✅ Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
