Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Showroom Incharge to oversee inventory management, showroom operations, and ensure efficient stock control. The ideal candidate must have leadership skills and experience in warehouse and retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse inventory and ensure stock availability.
• Supervise showroom operations, product displays, and customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for smooth stock movement.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve showroom efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and manage warehouse and showroom staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and showroom management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, electronic appliances, or healthcare equipment is an advantage.
• Must have a transferable visa with NOC.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent inventory control and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software is a plus.
