Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team supervision.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
• Manage staff schedules and training programs.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to restaurant standards.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and supplier management.
• Address customer complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management.
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management preferred.
• Experience in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine is an advantage.
• Arab & Filipino nationalities are preferred.

Skills Required:
