Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Train and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Experience in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine is an advantage.
• Arab & Filipino nationalities are preferred.
