Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Experience in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine is an advantage.
- Arab & Filipino nationalities are preferred.
