Job Description:

The HR Cum Mandoub will be responsible for handling HR functions, managing government relations, and ensuring compliance with Qatar’s labor laws. The role requires strong administrative and communication skills, along with experience in handling official documentation and legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, including payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Handle employee records, contracts, and visa processing.
  • Liaise with government authorities for labor and immigration-related matters.
  • Prepare and submit legal documents to ministries and government offices.
  • Assist in PRO (Mandoub) activities, including document clearance and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s labor laws and company policies.
  • Draft and process official letters, emails, and reports in English and Arabic.
  • Coordinate with lawyers and legal consultants when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of GCC work experience in HR and PRO/Mandoub roles.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English & Arabic (oral and written).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Speed typing in English & Arabic.
    • Knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System).
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law and governmental processes.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must have NOC (No Objection Certificate).
    • Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
