Job Description:

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing budgets, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role requires strong financial acumen and expertise in cost control and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
• Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and audits.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams for financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Certification: Professional certification such as CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
