Job Description:
The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. The role requires expertise in electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide electricians in electrical system installation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor material usage and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the MEP industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
