Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic / MEP BIM Modeler to create and manage detailed BIM models for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop Hydraulic and MEP models using BIM software.
✅ Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for design integration.
✅ Ensure accuracy and compliance with MEP design standards.
✅ Revise and update models based on project modifications.
✅ Generate clash detection reports and resolve design conflicts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
✔️ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BIM Modeling for MEP projects.
✔️ Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360.

Skills Required:

🔹 Strong knowledge of Hydraulic and MEP systems.
🔹 Expertise in 3D modeling and coordination.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
