Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in steel fabrication to oversee daily operations, production processes, and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee steel fabrication projects from planning to execution.
- Manage workforce, resources, and production schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
