Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to lead and manage corporate sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies.
- Identify and engage with potential corporate clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and enhance customer retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
