Job Description:

We are hiring a Revit Modeller (Electrical & MEP) to create detailed BIM models for electrical and mechanical systems in construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models using Revit for Electrical & MEP designs
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
• Coordinate with other departments for clash detection and resolution
• Maintain documentation and update models as per design changes

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit for Electrical & MEP modelling
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit modelling for construction projects
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and MEP coordination

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Revit and BIM modelling
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and technical coordination skills
