Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales cum Operations Executive with a strong background in HORECA sales, preferably in seafood products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales and operational activities, ensuring smooth supply chain management, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses).
- Promote and sell seafood products to key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any sales or service issues.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the HORECA industry (preferably in seafood sales).
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC.
- Valid Qatar driving license required.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of the HORECA sector and seafood industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage sales operations efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
