Job Description:

The Garage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the garage, ensuring efficient workflow, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, technicians, and other staff.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair schedules, and workshop operations.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and order spare parts as needed.
• Maintain records of repairs, services, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and resolve complaints.
• Manage team performance and provide necessary training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a garage.
• Must be of Indian origin.
• Valid Qatar driving license and NOC required.

Skills Required:

• Fluency in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
