Job Description:

The Landscape Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed landscape design drawings, layouts, and plans based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop landscape designs and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local landscaping and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and materials lists.
• Utilize CAD and other design software for drafting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Landscape Draftsman.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of landscape and irrigation systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
