Job Description:

The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision components as per engineering specifications. The role requires the ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot machine malfunctions, and ensure quality control in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and sample parts.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Detect malfunctions during machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to optimize output.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or certification in CNC Machining or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience operating CNC lathe or milling machines.
• Industry: Experience in an oil field service company is preferred.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in CNC machine operation and programming.
• Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and machine maintenance.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: QR 7,500 – QR 11,000 per month.
• Other benefits as per company policy.
