Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Lead HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and talent acquisition for our outsourcing manpower company in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
• First preference for female candidates.
