Job Description:

The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple MEP projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality and cost control. The role requires leading and managing teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple MEP projects and large-scale project teams.
• Ensure timely delivery with excellent cash flow and cost control management.
• Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct monitoring, procurement management, and quality control.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and safety procedures.
• Manage contractual reviews, control issues, and mitigate delays or design variations.
• Present reports and project updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BTech/BE/BSc Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP construction.
• Strong skills in procurement, project management, safety, and quality control.
