Job Description:

The Deputy Estimating Manager will be responsible for securing a wide variety of major MEP building services, renovations, and refurbishment projects. The role includes reviewing tender documents, supervising cost estimates, and ensuring accuracy in pricing and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimation processes for MEP construction projects.
• Review tender documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Present estimation reports and findings to senior management.
• Attend senior management meetings and interact with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP construction estimating.
• Proficiency in CCS estimating systems, Microsoft Office, and Project estimation software.

Skills Required:

• Strong negotiation and administrative skills.
• Good communication in written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
