Deputy Estimating Manager (MEP) - Building Services

Location: Doha , Qatar
Job Description:
The Deputy Estimating Manager will be responsible for securing a wide variety of major MEP building services, renovations, and refurbishment projects. The role includes reviewing tender documents, supervising cost estimates, and ensuring accuracy in pricing and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead estimation processes for MEP construction projects.
- Review tender documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Present estimation reports and findings to senior management.
- Attend senior management meetings and interact with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP construction estimating.
- Proficiency in CCS estimating systems, Microsoft Office, and Project estimation software.
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and administrative skills.
- Good communication in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
