Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will manage and oversee quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering processes for Civil and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
• Manage tender documentation and bid preparation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, costs, and schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Civil & MEP project coordination.
• Education: Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
