Job Description

The BIM Coordinator will manage and coordinate BIM projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between different disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for accurate model integration.
• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Support project teams with training, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination.
✔️ Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.
✔️ Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project execution.

General Requirements for All Positions
✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
✅ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
✅ Immediate availability preferred.
