Job Description

The BIM Manager will lead and implement BIM strategies, ensuring project efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM execution plans.
• Supervise BIM Coordinators and Modelers for project consistency.
• Ensure compliance with international BIM standards.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM technologies.
• Lead the integration of clash detection and project coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering or Architecture.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management.
✔️ Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM360.
✔️ Strong leadership and project coordination skills.

General Requirements for All Positions
✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
✅ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
✅ Immediate availability preferred.
