Job Description

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D BIM models based on project requirements.
• Ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to integrate BIM workflows.
• Assist in clash detection and resolution to ensure model accuracy.
• Generate detailed shop drawings and construction documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling.
✔️ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
✔️ Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination.

General Requirements for All Positions
✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
✅ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
✅ Immediate availability preferred.
