Planning Engineer (MEP)

Job Description

• Prepare detailed construction schedules for all assigned projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all activities.
• Identify critical project deliverables and milestones.
• Develop breakdown structures and reports (WBS).
• Use scheduling tools like Primavera P6.
• Prepare project progress reports, S-Curves, histograms, risk registers, and delay analysis.
• Prepare EOT (Extension of Time) claims.

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
✔️ Minimum 7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in MEP projects.
✔️ Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
✔️ Strong knowledge of project scheduling, risk analysis, and reporting.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
