Job Description:
Kickers is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join its retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting footwear, ensuring excellent service and a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product selection
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays
- Assist in stock management and inventory replenishment
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in footwear or fashion)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service best practices
