Job Description:
Kickers is looking for a results-driven Store Manager to oversee its retail operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store’s success by driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Manage store operations, including stock control and visual merchandising
- Develop sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Train and mentor sales assistants to improve performance
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to optimize business growth
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle administrative tasks, including sales reporting and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management (preferably in footwear or fashion)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices
