Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive with experience in manpower recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manpower recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws.
