BMU Technician – Urgent Requirement

Job Description:

We are seeking a BMU Technician with expertise in Building Maintenance Units (BMU) and cradle systems. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing BMU systems to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Perform maintenance and repair work on BMU and cradle systems.
✔️ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
✔️ Handle electrical motors, panel boards, sensors, relays, transformers, PLCs, and VFDs.
✔️ Ensure the efficient operation of all types of BMU and monorail machines.
✔️ Work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues.
✔️ Maintain safety protocols and standards in all BMU operations.

Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in the GCC (mandatory).
💡 Skills Required:
🔸 Hands-on experience in electrical & mechanical troubleshooting.
🔸 Strong knowledge of BMU and monorail systems.
🔸 Leadership, teamwork, and quick learning abilities.
🔸 Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
🗣 Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory).
