Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer (Electrical) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to determine electrical work scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for pricing accuracy.
• Evaluate electrical price lists and market trends to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite for estimation purposes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize cost estimates.
• Provide technical and cost-related input for tenders and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar construction regulations and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver estimates within strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 7 - 10 years of proven experience in electrical cost estimation, preferably within the electrical contracting industry.
• Certification: UPDA certification is an advantage.
• License: A valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, components, and installation processes.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with vendors and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: QAR 10,000 (Total Package)
• Preference for immediate joiners with a transferable visa/NOC.
