Job Description:

We are hiring a Banksman to guide crane and lifting operations safely and efficiently. The candidate must be certified and experienced in controlling heavy lifting movements.

Responsibilities:

• Direct crane operators during lifting operations.
• Ensure safe positioning of loads to prevent hazards.
• Communicate clearly with riggers and lifting teams.
• Conduct safety checks before and during lifting operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report any risks.

Qualifications:

• Banksman certification from a recognized authority.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lifting operations.
• Familiarity with hand signals and radio communication for lifting.

Skills Required:
