Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Rigger Supervisor (Offshore) to oversee rigging activities in offshore operations. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of lifting procedures and safety protocols in marine environments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate rigging teams during offshore lifting operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Inspect rigging equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Conduct risk assessments before lifting operations.
• Train and mentor riggers on offshore safety and rigging techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of offshore rigging experience.
• Certification in offshore rigging and lifting operations.
• Valid offshore safety certifications (BOSIET, HUET).
• Strong knowledge of offshore lifting procedures and equipment.

Skills Required:

• Excellent leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to read and interpret lifting plans.
