Job Description:

The BMS Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth facility operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor BMS alarms and respond to system alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain records of system performance and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure energy efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in BMS operations.
• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in using BMS software and monitoring tools.
