Job Description:

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations, develop strategies, and lead a team to maximize revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market share.
• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales managerial role, preferably in food sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Qatar food market.
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
