Job Description:

• Handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Manage employee records and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate training and development programs.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience (preferably in FMCG or dairy industry).

Skills Required:

✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
