Job Description:

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and retailers.

Responsibilities:

• Train and guide sales staff for optimal performance.
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure proper distribution and availability of dairy products.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or dairy sales.
• Valid Qatar Light driving license.
