Job Description:

A leading medical group in Qatar is seeking an Executive – Pharmacy Purchase to oversee and manage the procurement of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of medicines and pharmacy-related products.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate with pharmacy teams and vendors for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain purchase reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Preference for candidates from the Philippines.
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy procurement.
✅ Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and suppliers.
✅ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
✅ Work visa holders with NOC are encouraged to apply.
