Job Description:

Ritaj Facility Management is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to drive sales and business growth in the facility management, cleaning, and maintenance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in facility management, cleaning, or maintenance.
✅ Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
✅ Knowledge of the Qatar market is an advantage.
