Job Description

We are urgently looking for a Service Advisor (Heavy Vehicles) to manage customer service, vehicle maintenance coordination, and technical support. The ideal candidate should have experience in heavy vehicle servicing and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle servicing needs.
• Assess and diagnose heavy vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Coordinate with the workshop and technicians for efficient service delivery.
• Prepare service estimates, invoices, and work orders.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain customer records and service history.
• Address customer complaints and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
✅ Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics and servicing.
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
✅ Valid QID and transferable visa.
