Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company's daily operations in the distribution of material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative, sales, and technical aspects to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in sales and distribution.
- Manage logistics, inventory, and procurement of material handling equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving business targets.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Free Zone regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and support the sales and administration team.
- Prepare reports and analyze operational data to improve efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Qualifications & Requirements
âś… Age below 35 years.
âś… Valid QID and Qatar driving license.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
âś… 3-5 years of experience in administration and sales within the machinery/electrical equipment sector.
âś… Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems).
âś… Excellent verbal and written English communication.
âś… Self-motivated, dynamic, and a team player with strong leadership skills.
