Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to oversee and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP aspects of high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings with IFC drawings.
- Review and approve project material submittals as per specifications.
- Prepare procurement packages and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee shop drawing submissions and approvals.
- Finalize surveying and as-built drawings for consultant approvals.
- Attend site coordination meetings and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s regulatory authorities for project handovers.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
âś… Minimum 10+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
âś… Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling.
âś… Excellent project coordination and leadership skills.
✅ Experience with Qatar’s construction regulations and approvals.
