Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer (Civil & MEP) to prepare cost estimates for construction and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to estimate material, labor, and time costs.
• Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and pricing breakdowns.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for cost negotiations.
• Ensure estimates comply with project requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation for construction and MEP projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and MEP systems.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
