Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Shovel Operator to operate heavy machinery for material handling and site preparation at our ready-mix plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shovel equipment to move and load materials such as sand, gravel, and cement.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the machinery.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment.
• Ensure efficient operation to maintain production schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid heavy equipment operator license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shovel Operator.
• Familiarity with construction and material handling processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery operation.
• Understanding of safety procedures in a plant environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
