Job Title: MEP Estimator (Mechanical)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator to provide accurate cost estimates for MEP building services in industrial and commercial projects, including high-rise towers. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire suppression system installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise cost estimates for MEP projects.
• Work with CCS estimating systems and other software tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Present estimations and cost analysis reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in MEP construction estimating.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire suppression systems.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CCS estimating systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent command of English (written & spoken).
