Job Description:
A reputable MEP contractor in Qatar is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing large-scale MEP construction projects, leading teams, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple MEP construction projects and large project teams.
- Ensure smooth project execution with effective planning, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Implement cost control and cash flow management strategies.
- Negotiate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control, safety regulations, and legal compliance.
- Resolve project delays, emergencies, and disruptions efficiently.
- Prepare and present project progress and management reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BTech / BE / BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction project management.
- Strong background in commercial & contractual review and control.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in project delivery, cost management, and resource planning.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
