Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Scaffolder Supervisor/Inspector with CISRS certification to oversee scaffolding activities at our construction sites. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of scaffolding procedures, safety regulations, and inspection protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling
• Ensure compliance with CISRS and site safety standards
• Conduct regular scaffolding inspections and issue safety reports
• Provide training and guidance to scaffolding teams
• Maintain scaffolding records and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers and safety officers for safe work execution

Qualifications & Skills:

• CISRS certification is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scaffolder Supervisor/Inspector
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and implement scaffold designs
• Physically fit for site work
