Job Description:

The FM Supervisor oversees facilities management operations, ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise maintenance teams and ensure efficient task completion.
✅ Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
✅ Manage site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
✅ Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
✅ Maintain records of work progress and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience in FM supervision.
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills.
🔹 Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance systems.
🔹 Valid UAE or GCC experience preferred.
