Job Description:

The Supervisor oversees staff performance and ensures high-quality service and store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and coordinate team activities.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
✅ Monitor inventory and sales performance.
✅ Train and mentor employees.
✅ Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
🔹 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management.
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
🔹 Valid QID & NOC preferred.
