Job Description:

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in daily store management and sales strategies.
✅ Support inventory control and stock replenishment.
✅ Train and supervise staff members.
✅ Handle customer service and resolve issues promptly.
✅ Monitor sales and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store management.
🔹 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Valid QID & NOC preferred.
