The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist in daily store management and sales strategies.

Support inventory control and stock replenishment.

Train and supervise staff members.

Handle customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor sales and prepare performance reports.
πΉ Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store management.
πΉ Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration preferred.
πΉ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
πΉ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
πΉ Valid QID & NOC preferred.
